I have an issue with my blower motor . Its new and I can HEAR it run on all three speeds, but the air flow is LESS than a trickle in both heat and a/c mode. VERY disappointing to say the least. I was told all the various vacuums, hoses, control cables, and air flaps were working properly and that the only thing left that could be wrong was the a/c contol panel. I orderd a new rebuilt one , but have not had it installed for fear of throwing more good money after bad. I am questioning if the a/c control panel is faulty. Is there something else going on that we're missing? Does anyone have experience or suggestions on this issue?

Depending on the motor, it is possible to be rotating backwards if it were wired to spin in the opposite direction the fan wheel needs to spin. These blower wheels only move air efficiently in one direction.

On an A/C car all of the air from the blower goes through the evaporator coil in heat, A/C, and vent modes. Could the evap coil be blocked with debris?
