We are at our end dealing with AT&T and their terrible service. We are in an area where they claim the cell service should be 100% and we continually have connection problems and dropped calls. We live in an area that is heavily populated and is about 10 years old in terms of development. They sent us a MicroCell box for free years ago which worked fine for a long time but suddenly about 6 months ago it started acting up and screwing up our calls both sending and receiving.
So after about four service dorks I was finally able to get one to agree that they should send a new Microcell box to try and solve the problem. New box comes and no changes to the problem, its still there. Then then HELL trying to send the old one back ATT is almost laughable. They have sent us through the rings of hell fire trying to get the [censored] thing back to them, stop the robo calls, stop the attempts of charging us $200 plus dollars for this free unit and recognize that we followed every step f their program. The amount of time we have and are spending on this is off the chart for what we pay. Then the robo calls and texting trying to get money out of us while the box has been shipped and is sitting in their warehouse is borderline harassment.
We are done with this nightmare.
In the Dallas / Fort Worth area what cell service are you guys using that works without these problems or hassles?
Not in TX, but I had a similar problem about 15 years ago when we were with AT&T. Switched to Sprint, and we have been happy campers ever since. We live in a rural area and had similar issues with the 'T'.
Unfortunately, I bet there are a million other people who had similar issues with Sprint. It a big, revolving door with all the big providers. But Sprint has been good for / to us!

I have had T-Moble since my 1st cell phone and I highly recommend them. Always easy to work with either at their stores or on the phone.

Thanks for the tips guys. I am looking at Verizon for the moment to see if they can be better. The customer service at ATT is horrendous and harassing. For what they charge they should be kissing our behinds not whipping them.
