Here is the "TALE"
Long time Poncho fan.
Still am, but found some Mopar stuff and I have a 1969 AMC S/C Rambler.
then I picked up a 68 firebird with a 455, auto trans car.
GREAT CA Car with ALL original paperwork
I found the original 400 engine
Also, owner gave me the original carb, a 67 RA 1 auto carb (I found this out from Pete McCarthy's book)
He put on a Edelbrock, Doug's headers
So, I was going to sell the car but now I'm thinking of keeping this "Lil Bird" and getting a set of RA IIs for it.

Well,
So far I have found:
7F6 heads (1 set)
RA IV heads (1 set)
73-74 Superduty heads

2 sets of RA IIs
One set up for Race at $4,500
The other set: Bare for I think $3K

Another set just popped up on e-bay
Complete but most likely pricey

$8,500 for the set on eBay. Includes GTO exhaust manifolds...
