I'm not sure what to even call them, so that's no doing me any good in my search, but they are like little body mount rubbers with a bolt in the middle, the close up shows one bolt is rusted off.

You're welcome. I'm willing to bet if the upper stud rusted through, the thick steel header panel beneath those bushings are probably pitted pretty good too.
When I put mine back together, I put a big dab of wheel bearing grease under the bushings in an attempt to prevent that from happening again.
