Had to get mine off the lift yesterday to let my buddy use it for brake work. I just got the redlines on, and wanted to take it out for a spin. A couple more months...

8 months for me until retirement and the wife and I are headed back to Phoenix. I will be cruising all winter, but the 'Bird has no A/C!

Old projects, gone but not forgotten:
1967 FB 400, original CA car. After 22 years of work, trashed by the guy who was supposed to paint it. I had to sell it.

Sounds like you have about 7 months to get and install a vintage air setup. Just tell the wife it's all for her comfort cause you would actually be fine with it but you don't want her to suffer needlessly.

No idea yet. If I am relocating after retirement and commuting for a job is not an issue, then the final locations are more open. Personally, I wanted to be up in the mountains and definitely close to either Pleasant on the west of the Salt River lakes on the east (I love fishing). But the wife's family is either in Scottsdale or Sun City. I have friends in the San Tan Valley and have seen some bargains in new houses there. I think it's going to come down to where we find a house that works for us (with a small shop for me grin)
