I placed dynamat on my flooring and left openings for seatbelt mounts. From disassembly I have four mounting bolts and I left open four mounting holes problem is there are two sides to each seat and two seatbelt straps should t there be 8 mounting holes in floor. What am I missing

2 belts for the two middle holes, one belt each for the outer holes.
And I'm assuming you are describing the rear seat area, not front...

Ok. I guess I’ll have to search for those other two holes on the back set. Yes also front seat. I know the retractors are on the inside of the rocker panel but are there mountIng holes on the tunnel also

I cant quite tell from the photo, the seat belt mount is that on the tunnel or are you showing the seat mounting bolt? I cant tell what the image is measuring from

The image flipped for whatever reason. Spin the photo and it makes more sense. The first is the tunnel. The second is by the door. I butted the seat pan in the first and hooked in the second. Both are to the seat belt anchors.
Here's some pics of the driver's side bolt locations with references from the rear seat rail bolts. The tunnel side bolt is 7" back from the seat rail bolt and up the tunnel about 5 1/2" on the tunnel using the seat rail hole as reference. Rocker side is 3" back and 3" up.
