Going to order a new Trunk Divider Panel and Jute for 68 w fold-down seat, looking through Ames Catalog I see there is a Divider Panel Retainer? Wondering where it goes what it does, guessing I need it?
Yes, it holds the bottom of the panel. If your car came with the fold down option, you should not need a new one unless its damaged.

Hey thanks, would that retainer be like a gutter looking thing that's spot welded right to the car? Just went over to storage shed and folded down the seat and see it has that, looking like the divider panel bottom just sets in the gutter?

Any ideas of how the Jute goes in the car? The Jute that came with the Divider Panel is much much larger then the Panel itself and would definitely not work with the retainer/gutter without being cut in half? Does the Jute go on the trunk side? Divider Panel fits perfect, sits in the gutter nice and screw holes even line up with exiting ones in car, confused on the Jute though?
Don't think jute is used with fold downs. Just standard seats that I recall.

Hey thanks for the pics, I'm thinking it probably didn't come with it either. If a guy were to cut it down to same size as divider, would be tough to get it looking as nice and flush as what you have.
