I have the fan I removed from my '68. The part number on it is 9790515 with a J70 date code. I'm assuming that is an Oct 1970 date code, but my Pontiac interchange book doesn't list the 9790515 part number.

If someone needs a flex fan in good condition, let me know. $30 + Shipping

Also, I have the shroud that was in the car. The mounting ear on the pass side is gone. There was a crack repair done on the bottom. It worked well. The top mount and driver side mount held it in place. No issues cooling. Free to good home, just pay for shipping.

Scott,

I apologize, I was out of town for work for a week and forgot all about this post until last night. The spacer I had I believe was an aftermarket piece. Didn't appear stock and no part numbers on it. The fan has been painted but I think you can see the color you are referring to where the paint is flaking off.

Here's a couple of pics (assuming I did this right).

I'll take a bunch more pics after work today and post them up.

I've been on vacation and just getting back to checking up on things. Glad everything arrived ok.
