have a quick question

back story
the car is an OHC6 and originally had a 2 speed column shift
swapped that out for a 4 speed (but only 2 shiftable ie D and 3rd due to lock space on column)

i have a really nice floor console from a previous 1968 auto car and have been toying with the idea of moving the shifter
