Jim, I noticed in your post that the diagram says serial#..1967-and-later,..This is wrong..it should say 1968-and-later as no 1967 cars had the VIN# stamped on the blocks.

You thought I would what? Disagree with your statement that no 67's had VIN's? Of course I would disagree. It's a false statement. Just like if you would have stated something right and positive I would have agreed.

If it has round port heads, it's a 68 RAII convertible, and, even if it was pure rust up to the door handles, you could forklift it to Barrett Jackson and charge people $100 a pop just to smell its mouldy carpet blindfolded. However, I don't think it is likely that it is a RAII convertible.
