Ram Air Shroud from 1968 fit a 1967

Short answer: Yes — all 1967–68 Firebirds and 1968 GTOs with Ram Air used the same carb shroud (air-cleaner housing) and lid. The hood baffle is the same for 1967/68 Firebirds but different on the 1968 GTO (though they look similar). (No Carter carbs were used on any 1967 400 Firebird.)
