There were three plants that Firebirds were built at.Lordstown,Ohio=U,Norwood,Not sure of what state=N,Van Nuys,California=L.My 69 Bird was built on Sept.17/68 at the Lordstown,Ohio plant and was car 212 to roll off the assembly line.The paint code is 87-Windward Blue and 200-Blue trim.It came with a 265HP 350 CI,and 3 speed standard and 3.23 open rear.It was ordered with a hood tach,tinted glass,and deluxe steering wheel,just to name a few.It was sold by Jim Thomson Pontiac Buick in Federicton,NB with a total number imported to Canada for sale(22337-2 door sport coupe) was 4,218.This car has been documented by GM of Canada.Just a added note ,I`m the third owner and this car was purchased new by a gent that lives a few miles away and the car has only changed owners in a 4 mile radius!
