hi guys, i have a 69 400 with a saginaw 4 speed in it. the problem is that the shifter hits the console in 2&4. i have collected the original shifter and stick. i bought a new shifter mount and it is way off. the car came with a console originaly but was not there when i got it. did the 69 come with a saginaw? does anyone make the parts to make this work? or do i need to buy a muncie and new shift rods? i'm lost!! thanks fo your help
