PHS does not have all the data in a database. That would be a massive undertaking.
An 'invention' would be in order... It would be a device that could take information from microfiche automatically. The technology is out there. It just hasn't been adapted to this application. It will be available sometime in the future. There are other applications for it so the need is definitely there...
