If the microfiches were consistent from shot to shot in image placement (they are not) and if the characters were all clear (they are not) I could do it with today's technology.
No computer equipment will ever match our eye/brain power to filter data from trash. What we understand is a stray line in the film will cause a computer much aggravation.
