Well, that would explain the 12 gallon capacity. Do any others have problems with filling and the fuel nozzle? I can only run the nozzle at a trickle or else the fuel will come back up the neck and spill all over the place. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the filler neck was not positioned correcly when the fuel tank was installed.
