Hi Vikki,

They are 15x7 Rally II Wheels. Yes they are snapped in all the way. Wheel Vintiques lists these rings as OEM for 15x7 Rally II wheels, I think they are wrong. Try using the zoom in feture on photo bucket you may be able to see the 1" gap between where the trim ring ends and the wheel starts.
