There's no debate. CO2 in the atmosphere does cause heat. It's the source and quantity that can be debated...
but warmings of frozen water = ice, that melts and releases CO2 (beacuse its in there) also increases the amount in the atmosphere..
Right. There are so many ways that CO2 gets into the atmosphere. There's a bunch that get's released by undersea vulcanos and other 'vents'. All of that going into the atmosphere does warm the Earth. Which creates more CO2. It's a circle. The Earth is up to something... All we can do is enjoy the ride.
