Scotch does if ya want it to, so does Jägermeister! Ya just have to drink a lot of it. I just heard a report of folks getting sited, and some going to jail for being out in the outlying counties.

The snow is letting up a bit, but the blowing and drifting is the big problem. Technically we really aren't in a blizzard. The winds are only about 20 MPH, and visibility is improving above a 1/4 mile. We haven't seen this much snow for some time. And our last official blizzard was in '78.

I may go out and brave the elements to shovel the walk. I've got two foot drifts to get through. Wish I could send some of this snow down to Texas!
