that looks like a "normal' winter day , as I remember them growing up in Sweden......and I dont miss it....
but acc. to Goran (Snowcruiser) that type of weather is non typical now...
when I was in the Swedish Army, we had the coldest winter in 40 yrs (63/64)several feet of snow and -25 to -30 C in february while we were on maneuver , (in tents!)
