Just sold my 1965 Corvette at Barrett Jackson in Palm Beach. I am looking for a Firebird 400 but because I live in Florida it must have Air Cond. My Question is "Vintage or factory air ?" Can a factory air car stay cool ? I had a 1972 corvette with Factory air and it was bad always in for repair and never did cool the car. I have seen ads where factory air cars had vintage air installed, is this because of cooling or cost ? New member ,I had a new 1967 Firebird 400 conv. w ac but can not remember how good the AC unit was. Great forum ,I hope to join the Firebird owners group soon. THANKS
