If you guys followed the thread a few months ago...I bought a completely restored, date correct Qjet from Chicago Corvette.

I have since found out that the carb was actually just purchased by CC from Custom Built Carburetors out of NJ ( www.customrebuiltcarbs.com ).

I am sending the carb back to the owner Phil at C.R.C. for him to check it and see what the deal is with the fuel leaking down into the intake. He seems like a very nice and knowledgeable guy and hopefully he'll be able to find out what the issue is. I wish I would have pulled it off the car a while ago and sent it then...at least it's not top-down season yet
