I found a company in Texas that restores the 8 track face plates. They rechrome them and refinish the front plate. I recieved a pic from Tony ( Owner Tony's Auto Classics ) of the end product, and it looks excellent.... I'm planning on sending mine out soon to be restored. If anyone is interested you should email Tony at the following email and I'm sure he will send you a pic of what the face plate looks like restored. The cost is not bad he quoted me about $50.00 to rechrome and $47.50 to refinish inner black area. If you email him, tell him I referred you ...
