Do you know a good place to rechrome bumpers in the Edmonton area?
Sorry, no one that is really consistent. I know it's in BC but I would recommend Victoria Plating. Every person I've sent there has been extremely happy with the results.
One customer had a dash piece for a 50's Cadillac done 3 times at a shop in the interior of BC. The first 2 times, pitting was still visible ... the third time, it had so much plating on it, it wouldn't fit in the opening anymore. He was frustrated and looking for another one to get chromed when I suggested Steve's shop. He talked to him that day, sent off the replated, replated, replated piece and just over a week later (for less than the cost at the first shop) he got the piece back in perfect condition and it fit as it was supposed to.
That's a typical Victoria Plating story!
The finish on pedlondarite's spoke covers is another example of the quality of their work. It's been how many years since they did your spokes? I know it will likely outlast the original finish from the factory.
Good Luck and if you decide to use Victoria Plating please tell Steve I pointed you in their direction!
