Power seat is rare. A/C in a 'vert is strangely common in Michigan cars. Fold down seat isn't common, but isn't rare either. Power windows are less common than fold down seat, but not "rare". Finding a car that has all the options above is rare.
There is a key buzzer, but mine doesn't buzz with the light switch position, only if you leave the key in and open the door.
