FWIW, i've been fight'n a shift linkage issue since last year.
Decided last night to make my own lever(attaches cable to trans).
Every one i've tried either wont go all the way from park to low.
Or from reverse to drive select has a wrong throw.
Or park to reverse/neutral.
Or from drive, to 2, 1.
Or...
