Thanks Cat, I found in the moulding manual that it calls for 7 #8x1/2" screws. I used stainless on mine as well. although the stainless are not as hard as the carbon steel variety. What bothered me was that 2 of the screws actaull go right through the pinchweld to the outside of the car (under the moulding.)
