I agree the first and easiest response is "driver error". I mean I've driven with her before and everything seems to be normal. Maybe the hydraulic clutches are more sensitive? I made sure to check to see if she leaves her foot on the clutch while driving and she does NOT do that either. I'll check the fine print on the warranty too. And we do have lemon law here, but don't know how that would work, as it is easy to say its a wearable part. My "American" '02 Chevy 4x4 2500HD has 120k on the ticker and still on original brake pads. So I know things wear differently on different vehicles. Just hoping Honda will step up and pay for it. If it goes out again in another 30k then I'll blame Mom! (Honda called back today but she didn't get the message til after hours, so we'll see how it goes) Thanks for the replies.
