is the seal installed correctly? if it were me , I may try to see if any other manufacturer makes that same seal...it doesnt sound right..
but also, are you sure it leaks at the seal? not tail lights or bumper bolts? or UNDER the seal..I had a pin hole at the right rear corner that you couldnt see when seal was covering it...
