I think HO428 had a rope and winch system tied to his roof joists, so why not? Just brace it front to back so it doesn't sway towards the windshield.
If you take the whole hood off, don't store it on its end tips! Or someone on this site will get really mad.
LOL, ok ,so the same thinking...I thought of rope to joists, a broom stick up front...and some soft weight on the back end...
nope, I`d NEVER put it on its rear corners...just told a fellow HALFer that last weekend as I visited his garage (where he had one like that)...you think he would listen..? nope...he left it just like that...said ,its already there...but guess if something will happen... an "I told you so" will be said ...lol
