I haven't had too many many problems with MOST of their parts. However that being said, It really IRKS me that I have to pay for return shipping to send them back DEFECTIVE parts! Every other company I've delt with will pay for return shipping on defective items. (And if you're unhappy, they won't return your calls or e-mails and they don't want to tell you their name when you call.)
Not only return shipping, I was not refunded the amount for the shipping. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.
