I just watched an episode of one of the many car shows on T.V. (the one with the host that has the giant handlebar mustache), and they showed an "at the wheel" kit for disc brake conversion that only costs $450. You don't get the booster or master cylinder with that, but if you're like me, you already got one installed with your drums that has a m/c that is set up to run discs, too. Just thought I'd share.
