Hi, I'm new to the forum. I just bought my first firebird, a 68. My fiance has 2 79 TA's he is fixing up before we get the 68 up and running. I bought it down in New Mexico. I am having trouble getting a title because it changed hands and the vin on the title was incorrect, but it looks like it might work out. It does not have a motor, but it was in good shape. The 2nd owner told me it was a 350 2bbl with Verdoro green paint and gold interior. It had a push button radio and 3 speed on the floor. I've purchased a 350 HO block and a 400 block to put in her with #16 heads. I'm not sure which way to go. I'm not sure if I should restore her or just make her the way I want to. I'll post some pictures of her later. I'm cuious about the windows because they all have the bird etched in them and the Pontiac logo on the back one. I'm new to firebirds, but I want to learn. Let me know what you all think.
