There are undersize bearings available to fit worn shafts. The machine shop/auto parts supplier may be able to get together to get you set up if they are not too far gone.
New shafts are available. They are not cheap. Moser are very expensive, I can't recall the name of the brand I bought but they were $125 each. Contact your local ring and pinion or drivetrain shop for sources.
