It's kind of deceiving in the picture but that was actually a 10 mph hairpin (180 deg) turn, he almost made it out of the turn when he hit the guard rail which put the bike into a skid and then into the ditch down the street a ways in the picture. It was almost completely upside down in the ditch when we first got there, it took 6 of us to get it upright and then back on the street. The insurance company totaled his bike out.
