well after HE`s out (3.5 yrs , or the congress , 1.5 yrs) the dems will want to change it anyway again ,just like the law of "Massachusetts governor picking the new/replacement senator" they want back , after they had it changed in 2004 so the then republican gov couldnt replace Kerry with a repub....
