Basically I have given up right now and just deal with it. I have changed jobs which has reduced my stress and things have gotten better. The neurologist prescribed me some pills the last time I was there, one for the tingling and one for the stabbing headaches. I don't like pills but tried the ones for the tingling which worked but had horrible side effects. I stopped taking them after two weeks because they made my sense of taste go almost completely away and cotton mouth from hell. I could not taste anything I ate or drank. It has taken me a couple months to get my taste buds back and they are still not 100%. I never took the pills for the headaches because they were so quick, only lasted maybe a minute or two, so I can tolerate them. I have looked at Buerger's Disease before and don't think it fits with everything I have especially since I have never used any tobacco products. I also looked into Raynaud's disease which doesn't fit either, I have tried the ways they describe to get the tingling reaction but didn't work. I don't know what it is and will see if it gets bad again during December and January like it did last year.
