I've revised John's upload of the assembly manual and cleaned it up for better printing and made thumbnail images. It's now called First Gen Assembly Manual and if you haven't already downloaded the original Illustrated Manual then download this one instead.

Go to that folder, right click on First Gen Assembly Manual, and select "Save Target As" and tell it where to save.
