Kevin: Thanks for compliments - I do appreciate it. I have not had it to Bowling Green but I did go to Sommerset last year with the Power Tour.
Kurt: My car was shipped to a dealer in Oklahoma and was a Zone Car used for promotional purposes. From what I understand, Pontiac kept ownership of it until it was done making the rounds in that zone. The cowl tag is long gone, but I do know the unit number was 16. All the options were confirmed through PHS. The car was written up in High Performance Pontiac which did some additional research with PHS and hence the Zone Car history.
