I ended up buying plain white thinking the white would be easier to cover with red paint.

NPD http://www.npdlink.com/ (Minor correction: they show the color as ivory, not the plain white I said.) Part number C-11358-3B Page 8 in the Firbird catalog. I paid $80 in 2004. Looks like they are $90 in their catalog today.
