Would you paint them matte black or body color? I think the metal ones will be easier for me because my bumper filler doesn't have the necessary holes for the plastic ones. I just wasn't sure that they would close up the gap as well as the plastic ones.

Yes, I've seen the repros listed but have three pairs of plastic ones and figured at least one pair could be reconditioned.
