I paid right in that range, I got it from a guy thats a GM at a Ford dealership up by Joliet, he didnt really want to sell it but he hasnt driven it at all since he bought it in 08 and knew that my wife and were going to keep the car and not just flip it. I know the passenger mirror was not original, I have the original rims with spoked hubcaps and some nice old bias-ply tires that I would not trust at any speed, he added the rims that are on the car now. I just ordered the PHS documentation today. I pulled the backseat but no build sheet, I know they stuck them under the carpet, pass seat, pass floorboard and dashboard sometimes so I am going to start looking around in those places this weekend...
