I like opening the louvres, I even like the idea of making the "curves" a bit more extreme, from an experimental point of view, but I think the wheels are way too big, and stance too low for the front wheels. It's way over the top, but with a good paint-job I think it could look pretty cool, although not being to route I would have chosen or my personal taste. And not how I would've spent that...100k..? And the base-Bird was in pretty bad shape, so no harm done.

Anyway, I enjoy following this project. Curious about the final result.
