Was there a difference in the Standard vs. Deluxe seat belts for 1967? Was it just a matter of the plastic cover than is on the standard belt is replaced with the metal cover, or is the whole latching mechanism different? I believe the 67 with deluxe should have the metal cover with the fisher body emblem, or should it have the GM emblem? Or am I wrong all together....not the first time
