Mine has a new Bosch starter, heat sheild, and heavy cables but sometimes if it is a bit hot, it turns over slowly, but always catches and starts quickly.
I occasionally has a slow turn as well with factory starter, cables and heat shield. But only if I have turned it off when it is really hot and try to start it in less than 5 minutes. It always starts though. (knock on simulated burlwood)
