I personally love the 1969 console. The burlwood pattern is very cool. But just an FYI, the 4-speed console was not standard on the 69 Trans Am, it had to be ordered. Same goes for the Rally II wheels.
But I would imagine that 99% of the Trans Am's built had Rally II's and a console.
