my biggest nag is the sockets dropping out of the housing, I am now duct taped in place... thats not my style
Have you tried tweaking the grounding clip to bend it outward? I did that on the old harness before the rebuild as I had the same issue. It worked very well. With the new harness they are all almost too tight.
