Actually the PHS has a load of information. Did you receive a copy of the billing history? That has all the as-built details. If you ordered by fax, you should have received a follow up packet with the full decode by mail. If not, we can decode it for you if you post it.
How about a couple of photos of the rear end showing the rear cover? I am betting that it's going to be a 10 bolt 8.2" '70 Chevy originally with 3.08 posi rather than a Pontiac rear. The rear diff cover on a Chevy is round/oval; on a BOP it has scallops on left and right.
I ordered my PHS info via mail. My packet only had the bare basics hi-lighted. I e-mailed them about it, and never got a reply.
I'll see if I can get it scanned to get some help with the decoding.
I'm thinking my rear end is a Chevy, and not a Pontiac as well. These are the only pics I have of the diff right now.
