There is a simple trick to getting the hood mounted flat but can't remember exactly, I think Bjorn knows though. Something like loosen up the hinges and then tighten them down with the hood all the way up or something like that.
Jeremy ,thats for the rear corners....the front, looks like its just not shut right. otherwise for the rear
