Maybe I'm just slow or stupid, but I read through all the FAQ on rear seat removal help and still can't see the screw/bolt I need to unscrew to take the rear seat back out to install rear lap belts - I even think I can feel the seat bolt heads.

I pressed in the bottom of the rear seat back and lifted and the back came up about 2" off the seat - should it have lifter higher? I see the two heave gauge wires and can feel what feels like a hex head between them below the lip of the rear of the seat. Is that what I have to unscrew?

I paid Heartbeat City $435 for a set of re-webbed original black plastic GM belts - changed the front ones out OK, just can't get into the back yet where I have no belts at all.
